Green Sheep Camping

A family-run eco-farm in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park with spacious valley pitches and a 25-minute walk to Amroth's blue flag beach.

Green Sheep Camping sits inside a 34-acre smallholding within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, tucked into a coastal valley just back from the village of Amroth. The pitches are spread across meadow fields with open views over wooded hillsides, and on clear mornings the sea mist lifts to reveal a landscape that buzzards, peregrine falcons and red kites already know well. Theri runs the site with real care: on arrival she gives every guest a personal tour and a handful of honest local tips.

A beautiful woodland walk from the site takes about half an hour to reach Amroth beach (blue flag). The Pembrokeshire Coastal Path is roughly a mile away, which puts a serious stretch of the south Pembrokeshire coastline within easy reach. Pitches are deliberately spaced far apart, so the site stays genuinely quiet even when full. The conservation-grazing sheep and chickens roam the farm, and Theri often brings children along to feed them.

The communal barn is a proper wet-weather asset: games (darts, skittles, table football), a kettle, washing-up facilities, laundry, phone-charging points, and a smaller room with sofas and a log fire. Fire pits are available on pitch and wood can be purchased on site. Electric hookups are available for those who need them, though the barn's charging points mean many guests don't bother.
