Fairfields Farm
Adults-only working farm on the edge of Pevensey Levels, with wetland skies, a pond-side pitch option, and the coast a short walk away.
Fairfields Farm sits on the Pevensey Levels, a 10, 000-acre National Nature Reserve of grazing marsh and wetland habitat between Eastbourne and Hastings. The 200-acre farm is a working operation, and the campsite reflects that: open skies, birdsong from the reed beds, and animals on the property that guests can visit. The setting is genuinely distinctive for the South East.
Pitches accommodate tents, caravans, and motorhomes, with electric hookups available. The facilities block is clean and well-maintained, and the on-site shop is well-stocked enough to cover a few days without needing to drive anywhere. Pevensey Bay beach is a five to ten minute walk. The village of Pevensey is walkable from site, with several pubs reachable on foot; the train station is five minutes away and connects to Eastbourne in around eleven minutes. The 1066 Country Walk passes within 2km, giving walkers a named trail into the wider landscape.
Adults only throughout. The absence of families keeps the site quieter than its location might suggest, and solo campers have found it easy to settle here. A dog-walking field is on site, and recent visitors with dogs have spoken well of the space.
