Bramble Hill Glamping

Six individually restored units on a North Yorkshire coast farm, each within walking distance of the King Charles III coastal path and Reighton Sands.

Bramble Hill sits on a family farm at Reighton Gap, five miles south of Filey, where the King Charles III coastal path crosses the top of the field. The six units are each distinct: a showman's wagon, a converted double-decker night bus, and a collection of handcrafted shepherd's huts, all finished to a standard that the word 'glamping' doesn't quite capture. The hot tub is included in the price, which is rare enough to be worth noting.

Reighton Sands beach is a ten-minute walk across the field. From the upper plots, the coastline opens up towards Filey and Scarborough. The farm has donkeys and goats (genuinely, not as decoration), and a play barn for when the beach needs a break. Rebecca and her team run the place with the kind of attentiveness that shows up in the small details: the biscuits waiting on arrival, the quick responses to questions, the logs for sale by the log burner.

Bridlington and Scarborough are both within eleven miles, and the coastal path makes Bempton Cliffs accessible on foot, an RSPB reserve known for gannets, puffins, and occasional dolphins in season. This stretch of coast earns its keep as a base.
