Mount Farm Park

Level, well-spaced pitches in the Cotswolds AONB with valley views over the Warwickshire countryside and a battlefield on the doorstep.

Mount Farm Park sits on the edge of Ratley, a quiet Cotswolds village just inside the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with wide views across the valley below Edgehill. It's the kind of site that earns repeat visits: well-run, properly level ground, modern facilities, and enough space between pitches that you're not sharing a fire with your neighbours.

The landscape here carries real history. Edgehill, where the first pitched battle of the English Civil War was fought in 1642, is the ridge above the site, and the Battlefields Trail sets off from close by alongside the Centenary Way and Macmillan Way. Ratley Nature Reserve is a five-minute walk. The Castle Inn on the Edgehill summit is about half a mile away and consistently well-reviewed for food.

Pitches take tents, caravans, and motorhomes, all with electric hookup available, and the site runs year-round. There's a laundry, a small shop, and showers. Fire pits are allowed on site. Dogs are welcome throughout. Banbury is eight miles away if you need a market town.
