Mains Farm sits on a genuine working farm in the Eden Valley, Cumbria, with the River Eden forming one of its natural boundaries. The fields are small and divided, which means you're not marooned in a sea of pitches: temperature inversions over the valley, geese overhead, and owls calling from the forest after dark are the entertainment.
