Dragonfly Woodland Camping
A 10-pitch woodland site on a Pembrokeshire organic farm where every cleared pitch comes with its own fire pit, shelter, and a real sense of being alone in the trees.
Dragonfly sits in 9 acres of managed woodland on a 300-acre organic dairy farm on the edge of the Cleddau estuary. The pitches are individual clearings, each with a covered picnic area, fire pit, and parking space separated from the next by enough trees that you genuinely can't see your neighbours. It's the closest most people will get to wild camping without actually wild camping.
The site runs off solar power and supplies free firewood with a sharp saw. Communal facilities are clean: hot showers, a washing-up area, a communal freezer, and a charging point in the shared space. Quiet hours from 10pm keep the evenings exactly as they should be. The Lawrenny estuary is a five-minute drive for canoe and small boat launching, and Pembrokeshire's beaches and the national park are well within range for a day out.
Owner Jacob has a reputation for being genuinely responsive before and during stays. The site takes campervans and motorhomes alongside tents, all within the same woodland setting. No dogs. Stargazing on a clear night is excellent out here.
